A Case of Ki-1 Lymphoma

Abstract

Stein et al have recently described a large cell lymphoma of activated cells expressing a Hodgkin's disease-associated antigen, Ki-1. This Ki-1 lymphoma is further distinguished histologically by a sinus pattern of lymph node infiltration and its
pleomorphic appearance. The disease may have an indolent and regressing phase, but it is usually aggressive, particularly in advanced stages.
We report a case of Ki-1 large cell lymphoma in a 63-year-old male which regressed spontaneously. (Kor J Dermatol 1996;34(3) : 454~458)
